Unfortunately, no. It is the customer’s responsibility to manage their subscription and skip any orders they don’t wish to receive. Subscription changes must be made at least FOUR days before the next shipment if they want to pause, skip, or delay an order. If no changes are made to the subscription, the customer will automatically receive their Vitasei products on time, delivered right to their doorstep!

Yes, you can cancel or pause your subscription at any time. However, we ask that any changes or cancellations be made at least FOUR days before your next order date. As a reminder, we send an email five days before your scheduled shipment to give you plenty of time to update your subscription as needed.
Vitasei Subscriptions: Everything You Need to Know
We want to make your experience with Vitasei subscriptions as simple and clear as possible. Below, you’ll find the key details and conditions of our subscription service, organized for your convenience:
Subscription Process:
- Subscriptions can be made through our website: www.vitasei.com.co.
- We are working to allow subscription sign-ups through our E-center as well.
User Account:
- It is not mandatory to create a personal account to subscribe, but we highly recommend it. By creating an account, you'll have direct access to your subscription information and be able to manage it more easily.
Terms Acceptance:
- To subscribe, you must accept these terms and conditions. Without this acceptance, you will not be able to proceed with the subscription.
Costs and Benefits:
- There are no additional costs for subscribing, beyond the price of the product and shipping.
- You will receive a 10% cashback in the form of a voucher on the total value of the products purchased. Please note that Vitasei SAS reserves the right to modify this percentage at any time.
- Starting from the third month of subscription, you’ll be able to choose a gift from a list provided by Vitasei.
Automatic Billing:
- By subscribing, you authorize Vitasei SAS to automatically charge the value of the chosen plan and products according to the frequency you selected (monthly or customized).
- The charge will be automatically debited from your credit card and will continue while the subscription is active.
- To avoid being charged, you must cancel or pause your subscription at least 24 business hours before the next automatic payment.
Billing Frequency:
- Automatic debits occur on the same date the subscription was activated. For example, if you subscribed on February 10th, the next payment will be on March 10th, and so on.
- The product will be shipped the next business day following the automatic payment, and delivery times will be the same as those for any other order made through the website.
Personal Data Usage:
- By subscribing, you accept and authorize the use of your personal data by Vitasei SAS, in accordance with our privacy policies.
Resale Prohibition:
- Acquiring products via subscription for resale without prior authorization from Vitasei SAS is prohibited. If we detect such activity, we may cancel the subscription without prior notice and apply any relevant penalties.
Eligible Products:
- Only certain products are eligible for the subscription program. These will be clearly marked on the website.
Free Shipping:
- All subscription shipments are completely free of charge.
