REFUND POLICY

Our returns guarantee entitles you to a full refund and the choice to return products for any reason. You have the right to open the package and use the contents but the product must be returned  to us within 60 days after you received it. The costs incurred for returning an item are at customers' own costs. These terms apply specifically to non-sale items, all sale items are final sale.

If you return an order, always keep your tracking number and receipts so you have proof of shipment. 

When *returning goods by mail, make sure that on the airway bill and the package there is clearly written: Returned goods, no commercial value. Any import taxes will be deducted from the refund.
